The initial setup of the aquarium included 33% of the liquid from the bottom of the collection, 33% of the liquid from the middle of collection and 33% of liquid from the top of the collection.
Two native plants species were also added to the aquarium for the purposes of oxygen generation. Plant A (left side - figure 1)is Amblestegium sp. Moss. Upon initial inspection of the assembly of the aquarium - it was observed that one mosquito larvae was collected as well one Cyclops.
